1 Machine traits
1).Using physical method of stable horizontal transmission to keep the electric lever on the inside of the hole on PCB, which can reduce the pollution for environment, and this method is the best choice to replace the traditional way of copper-wire-sinkage.
2). Ultrasonic with 25KHZ and advanced design of water knife, which ensured the denseness of the electric lever of black hole.
3). The wheelbase of the machine have two types, one is 28mm and another is 48mm. Transmission impeller used on the machine is 30mm and 46mm. It can be fulfilled the production by hard board and soft board.
4). Advanced filter system, which decreased the damaged to PCB resulted from leavings.
5). Costs reducing efficiently for it's water-electricity-economizer.
6). Speed adjusting motor with frequency conversion and other parts, like pump, electrical or control parts is all selected by imported parts.
7). Reasonable design of air exhaust and liquid venting, also because it's cable disposed on the upper side of machine, which can give the good appearance of the machine and made the working environment more cleaning.
